Does this really need a title?

What if people said exactly what was on their minds all the time? No filter. No sugar coating. No lies. Well, I guess they could lie. Would the world be a better place or would it be worse? Why don’t we say what’s on our minds? What are thoughts if they are only passive? I guess the whole concept of “civility” comes into play there, but really, don’t some people deserve our complete and utter honesty? 

Just a thought. It’s been on my mind.
